New Project at the Bridge

The covered bridge at Lake County Fairgrounds got a beautiful addition of new expanded garden beds. This was all due to an anonymous donation and the CP Garden Club supplemented the remaining balance.
Carol and Christine have plans to do an overhaul next year to give these beds more color and texture in the Spring. Plus mulch mulch mulch!
They have also requested to the Fairgrounds, that a water line be put near the bridge, to aide in irrigation and make it easy to add more garden beds on the other side of the bridge.
A new cut through using leftover materials will be added also, to allow patrons of the bridge to step off the patio easier and not cut through the flower beds.
Stay tuned for more updates on this area. We're already anxious for Spring and looking forward to adding more color for the families that walk, play and jog this area every day. Not even mentioning the Weddings that are taking place here!
